You are looking for software developers for your company, but you have problems finding the right people or you think they are too expensive? Consider you own employees in India !

We, RiksjaSoft BV, own a software development company (RickshawSoft Smart Solutions, www.rickshawsoft.com), in the Technopark (www.technopark.org) in Trivandrum, the biggest IT park of India.

Our company in India is managed by a Dutch professional with 19 years experience in IT. The communication with the Netherlands or Belgium is in Dutch (or in English or German if wanted).


How does it work?


You are looking for software developers (.NET / PHP / Java / J2EE / C++ / Delphi / Visual Studio / etc.)

Based on the job descriptions you have, we recruit the right people for the work you have. The employees start working for RickshawSoft Smart Solutions, but they will work only for your company. We have Dutch standards concerning working conditions, health and safety.


We arrange everything
Hardware, software, benefits for the employee (like medical insurance, mobile phone costs, transport costs, etc.)

Restrictions
For each 3 to 6 developers there will be assigned one teamleader/projectleader/senior developer. Minimum number of employees that is hired is 4. The minimum time of the contract is one year. After that you can extend the contract for one year again and again.


What are the costs?

As you know the costs of labour in India is low. But what are you actually paying?


Start up costs per employee (one time)

Recruitment employee : 300 euro
Purchase hardware (PC, 22” monitor) : ± 800 euro
Purchase software : Depending on your wishes.
Purchase furniture : ± 350 euro
Several costs (ID-card, business cards) : 25 euro

 

Costs each month

Junior Software developer (0-1 year experience) : 410 euro
Software developer (1-3 year experience) : 795 euro
Senior Software developer/team leader (3+ year experience) : 1110 euro
Overhead (costs concerning rental of building, electricity,
AC, Dutch manager, administration, etc.) each month
per employee
: 400 euro


Below you find an example

Suppose you want 4 employees : 1 junior developer, 2 developers and 1 senior developer.
You will pay once : 1.475 euro x 4 = 5.900 euro + the possible costs for software.
Each month you’ll pay : 410 + 2 x 795 + 1110 + 4 x 400 euro = 4.710 euro.


If you count everything, you will have these costs for 1 employee!
